Steve Campbell began his career working as a solar installer at Intermountain Wind and Solar. He started as an entry level Solar Installer responsible for the installation of commercial and residential solar systems. He was quickly promoted to Lead Installer, then Foreman. He has been a part of federal, military, public school, Olympic facility, state university, residential, and various commercial PV installations in Utah, Nevada, Idaho, and Wyoming. After leading teams into the field and onto the roof, he transitioned to DBM Solar Design and Consulting where he designed commercial and residential PV systems collectively rated at over 25MW. Steve began his design career as a System Designer and left as the Regional Design Manager after seeing the company double in size.
Steve joined the Sustainable Capital Finance team to provide technical installation and design expertise in a dynamic and high tech market.
Steve earned a BS in Physics from Westminster College.
Steve is interested in finance and economics and enjoys amateur securities analysis and speculation. Specifically, he watches global trends and how they affect the renewable energy industry. He works every day to become more savvy in a dynamic marketplace that is largely uncharted.
In his free time, Steve enjoys basketball, soccer,skiing, and hiking. If he is not on the slopes or on the field, he is probably reading. He is a staunch supporter of all renewable energy and takes pride in being a part of the Solar Industry.
